Training
Everyone has different goals. Gaining Strength,
improved conditioning, technique, weight loss. Sometimes
it's all of the above. the training routines vary for all
of my clients, depending on the particular individual and
what they want to accomplish. The main focus of all training
revolves around various martial arts. Striking, clinching,
wrestling and grappling all have numerous benefits. Whether
you're an MMA fighter or a kick boxer looking to improve
your game or someone looking for a great workout, you will
benefit from this type of training. the emphasis changes,
depending on your goals. Some people require more attention
to technique, while others focus more on strength and conditioning.
Specific training plans are developed for not only your sessions
in the gym, but you are given workouts and drills to do outside
your sessions as well so you can continue to improve on a
regular basis. This includes proper nutritional guidelines
as well.
